Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately stretched in order to improve elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.

Super Nutrition

Food provides energy for physical activity. As you get more active and more fit, and/or as you lose weight. You need the proper amount of: Protein, which is needed to maintain muscles.
